ScreensDesign.com - Copyright Policy & Takedown Procedure

Effective Date: May 1, 2024

Increasebrand OÜ (“ScreensDesign,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy outlines how we address claims of copyright infringement regarding content displayed on the ScreensDesign.com website and services (the “Service”).

App developers and rights holders: the fastest way to have an app removed from ScreensDesign is our Removal Request form. No formal legal notice is needed. Legitimate requests are typically processed within 2 business days, and removal covers the website, search listings, and API and MCP access.

ScreensDesign is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the developers of the applications displayed.

3. Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement

Before filing a formal notice, consider our Removal Request form: it is faster for you and reaches the same team. If you prefer the formal route, and you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that the copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on the Service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a notification pursuant to the procedure outlined below. We take copyright infringement claims seriously and will respond to valid notices that comply with applicable law.

To be effective, your notification of claimed infringement must be a written communication provided to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes substantially the following information (please consult your legal counsel or see relevant statutes like Section 512(c)(3) of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act for specifics):

(a) A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
(b) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
(c) Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on the Service (e.g., providing specific URLs where the material can be found).
(d) Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which you may be contacted.
(e) A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
(f) A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury (if applicable under the relevant law, e.g., US DMCA), that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

4. Designated Copyright Agent

Please send your copyright infringement notification to our Designated Copyright Agent:
By Email: [email protected]
By Mail: Attn: Copyright Agent Increasebrand OÜ Ranna tn 6 Võiste alevik, Häädemeeste vald Pärnumaa 86501 Estonia
Please note: Notifications that do not substantially comply with the above requirements may not be processed. Misrepresenting that material is infringing may subject you to liability for damages.
Upon receipt of a valid infringement notification, ScreensDesign will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged material from the Service, consistent with applicable laws.
